How can I contact one of your staff members?

How do I reach a field office?

Check our contact page for phone numbers and email addresses of our field representatives. Please keep in mind that the field staff are often meeting with planning officials, and working on campaigns, so they may not be available to return your call immediately. If you need immediate assistance, please contact the Campaigns Director, Melissa Hippard.

Can you please add me to your mailing list?

How can I donate to Greenbelt Alliance or the Greenbelt Alliance Initiative Fund?

You may donate online or mail your donation to Greenbelt Alliance, 312 Sutter Street, Suite 510, San Francisco, CA 94108. If you’d like to make a contribution by phone or would like assistance please contact Amie Fleming at 415-543-6771 x325.

Are gifts to Greenbelt Alliance tax-deductible?

Greenbelt Alliance is a 501(c)(3) organization and gifts are fully tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. Our tax I.D. # is 94-1676747. Gifts to our separate Greenbelt Alliance Initiative Fund are not tax-deductible as these funds support advocacy and lobbying efforts.

My credit card was double charged. Would you help me?

Absolutely, we’d be happy to help out. Contact Amie Fleming at 415-543-6771 x325 or at afleming@greenbelt.org and she’ll help resolve any credit card problems.

How do I change my mailing address?

What is your donor privacy policy?

Your privacy is very important to us. Greenbelt Alliance will never sell, trade, or release credit card or banking information. We do not trade phone numbers or email addresses with other organizations for fundraising purposes. Read more on our donor privacy page.

How can I find a specific publication?

Greenbelt Alliance has reports on cutting-edge smart growth thinking available for download. Check out our publications for more information.

I have questions about your organization and/or issues. How can I get answers?

You can find answers to many of your questions in our About section and in the research section. You may also sign up for our emails. If you’d prefer to talk to someone, email us your questions or requests. Please allow ample time for a response.

I’d like to intern at Greenbelt Alliance. How do I do this?

Does Greenbelt Alliance buy land?

Greenbelt Alliance is not a land trust; we do not acquire land. For information on donating land or selling conservation easements, contact your local land trust.

Do you offer support or advice to groups outside the Bay Area?

Greenbelt Alliance focuses on the San Francisco Bay Area. However, many of our policy reports and organizing tools may be useful to groups elsewhere. Please go to our publications page, to find the latest resources for smart growth and conservation activists.
