Join Greenbelt Alliance members for a special trail adventure. Our route takes us through fields hunted over by hawks, leads out to a spectacular sea cliff overlook, and ends at sand dunes populated by Northern Elephant seals.

Cost: There is a $10 per car entrance fee.

What to Bring:  Be prepared for windy, cool conditions, as well as muddy trails. A warm jacket, layered clothing, and sturdy shoes are strongly advised. Bring liquids for drinking on the trail. Cameras and binoculars are welcome.

How to get there:

Ano Nuevo is located just off CA Hwy 1, 20 miles north of Santa Cruz and 27 miles south of Half Moon Bay. Depending on where you’re coming from, you can take any major highway west to CA Hwy 1. The park is well marked and between the highway and the ocean.
