Mitchell Canyon in Mount Diablo State Park is one of the Bay Area’s iconic hiking spots. But what is it like after the daytime visitors head home and the resident flora and fauna reclaim the mountain?

Join us for a saunter up Mitchell Canyon to check out the park’s evening shift, including poor-wills, bats, owls, scorpions, and tarantulas.
