Notes: Celebrate the green hills of spring and explore Bob Walker and Highland Ridges during wildflower season.
Rain Policy: Layered clothing, lunch, liquids, and good hiking shoes.
What to bring: Bring plenty of liquids, snacks, lunch, and wear hiking boots.

get there: Will we meet at 10:45 AM in the main Morgan
Territory Preserve parking lot along Morgan Territory.
From San Francisco/San
Mateo Counties, take Bay Bridge to I-580 east to Highway 24/Walnut Creek. Take
Highway 24 to Walnut Creek. At the 24 /680 interchange look carefully
for and exit at Ygnacio Valley Road. Take Ygnacio Valley Road east about 8
miles to Clayton Road in Clayton. Turn right on Clayton Road and drive about
7 miles to Morgan Territory Road. Turn right and drive about 10 miles to the
parking lot in Morgan Territory Regional Park. The lot is to the left, and
clearly marked.
From Dublin, Livermore or further east, take I-580 to N. Livermore Avenue.
Take the N. Livermore Avenue exit and turn north. Shortly after N. Livermore
curves left (west), turn right onto Morgan Territory Road and follow it 11
miles to the staging area. Leave plenty of time to drive these winding roads.
