Fees: $6 Zoo parking fee.

Notes: Join us for a “behind the scenes” view of the Oakland Zoo with zoo education specialist Sarah Cramer. We’ll enjoy a private tour and then get close up and personal with some small zoo animals. Explore the zoo on your own in the afternoon.

Rain Policy: Outing will continue rain or shine.

What to bring: Dress in layers, bring rain protection if necessary.

How to get there:
From Highway 580 in Oakland, take the Golf Links/98th Avenue and drive east to the Zoo (9777 Golf Links Road).
