Notes: The bells toll as bay meets sea at land's end on a long, leisurely paced hike along the moors of the northern tip of Point Reyes.

Rain Policy: Hike is cancelled in case of any rain.

What to bring: Bring plenty of liquids, snacks, lunch, and wear hiking boots. Dress in warm layered clothing (it gets foggy and windy at the point). There is no water at trailhead or on the trail.

How to get there: Take HWY 101 to Central San Rafael exit. Go left on Third Street and follow road through San Rafael and San Anselmo until it merges with Sir Francis Drake. Bear right at junction and follow Sir Francis Drake to end in Olema. Go right on HWY 1 approximately one mile to road to Inverness (watch for sign). Drive through Inverness (road becomes Sir Francis Drake) to Pierce Point Road. Go right on Pierce Point Road to end at trailhead. Carpool: Leader at Walnut Creek BART 8:45 AM.
