Greenbelt Outings Payment Procedure

Before the Outing
Reservations are required before payment. All payments must be received by 5pm Thursday before the outing in order to process your payment. For your convenience Greenbelt Alliance accepts credit card, check, money order and cash payments. All payments are non-refundable. Please see the information below regarding your preferred payment method:

Credit Card

• Credit Card payments can be made online at: https://secure.groundspring.org/dn/index.php?aid=2438
• In the "Donation Type" field select "Greenbelt Outings"

Check or Money Order

• Checks and Money Orders must be payable to "Greenbelt Alliance." In the memo field please indicate the payment is for Greenbelt Outings and include the date of the event.
  

Cash

• Cash will only be accepted if it is delivered to the Greenbelt Alliance office. Cash will not be accepted the day of the outing. If mailing a cash payment, please indicate your name and contact information, the event date and title, and the names of the people in the party. Feel free to use the payment form below.

On the Outing*
Reservations are required before attending and/or payment for an outing.

• If you are paying the day of the event, you may only pay by check or money order. Our outings leaders do not carry or accept cash.
• Checks must be payable to "Greenbelt Alliance." In the memo field please indicate the payment is for Greenbelt Outings and include the date of the event.
