An intensive, multi-day planning session where citizens, planners, and developers collaborate on the development of a plan or design for a project. Charrettes cycle between feedback sessions, where the public and other stakeholders critique plan drafts, and design sessions, where the plan authors incorporate this feedback. These feedback and design cycles ensure that the final plan fully incorporates public and stakeholder input.
