Joel Devalcourt

Regional Representative

As a Santa Cruz-greater Bay Area native, Joel has worked passionately for environmental conservation and social equity much of his life. He continued building on his skills while earning a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies and Film from Hampshire College. Most recently, he served as the Community Engagement and Outreach Manager for the Louisiana Housing Alliance after receiving a Master of Urban and Regional Planning degree from the University of New Orleans.
