Experience the wild edge of the continent on this special sunset walk to beautiful Point Bonita in the Marin Headlands. We'll pass through a hand- carved tunnel and cross over a suspension bridge on our way to the lighthouse and a Pacific Ocean sunset.

Hike Through History Sonoma & Marin - Greenbelt Outing
Hear about the fascinating history of this site, from Miwok times to the Battle of Olompali (1846) and beyond. Then hike an oak-studded loop trail to the top, where the park connects with a major open space preserve overlooking the mountains around Novato. Option to extend hike into Mt. Burdell Open Space Preserve.
