Bay Area. Through our Compact Development Endorsement Program, we
endorse and support residential, mixed-use and commercial developments
that are pedestrian-oriented and transit accessible, use land efficiently,
and provide affordable housing.
The Compact Development Team meets regularly to evaluate projects.
