Speak Up for the South Main Mixed-Use Project in Redwood City

Greenbelt Alliance proudly endorses the South Main Mixed-Use Project in Redwood City. Adding 540 residential units (27% affordable) will provide much needed affordable homes in a location where prices have skyrocketed.

The primary site for this project is used for auto sales and repair, surface parking lots, warehouse space, and a former indoor roller rink that was closed prior to this project’s inception. The underutilized space will be transformed into a vibrant mix of new housing, office, and retail, including a public open space and a child care facility

The Bay Area desperately needs this kind of climate SMART development. We need your help to ensure Redwood City approves the project, which you can do by joining us at 7 p.m. on October 27 at the Redwood City Planning Commission meeting to speak out in support of this climate resilient project. Simply gives us your details below and we’ll send you the meeting information once the Planning Commission has posted it online. Then together, we can advocate for this climate-smart, inclusive project!
