Light(en) up on a hike along the Albany shoreline to the Albany Bulb.

Once an unsightly dump, the Bulb is now reborn as a park featuring some rather unconventional artwork along with great views.

This is a moderate walk of about 4-1/2 miles on mostly level ground.

Where to Meet:

We’ll assemble at Tom Bates Regional Sports complex at the foot of Gilman (just west of highway 80, next to Golden Gate Fields).
