Total Distance:
This bicycle ride is about 18 miles round trip with around 500 feet in elevation gain.
Weather Policy:

Rain cancels.

Where to Meet:

We’ll meet at the Starbucks at the intersection of Brentwood Boulevard and Balfour Road in Brentwood.

We suggest carpooling—the shopping center where we’ll meet has ample parking in the rear of the building. Unfortunately, getting to east Contra Costa County via transit on a Sunday morning is impractical, as the Tri-Delta Transit express bus (300) only runs on weekdays. The 393 will get you there, but it’s a long ride—you’d have to board at Pittsburg BART at 7:47 a.m. to arrive at Brentwood Boulevard and Oak Street at 9:16 a.m.

Leaders Note:

Bring your bicycle, helmet, sunscreen, snacks, lunch, and lots of water. If you have any questions about this outing, email Hayley Currier or phone (415) 659-8624.
