$5 per vehicle park entrance fee.
Black Diamond Mines Regional Preserve
Antioch, Contra Costa County

There’s gold in them thar hills! (Or at least coal and sand.) Join us for a guided tour of the underground workings of what was once the most important coal field in California.

The park is adjacent to the Sand Creek area of Antioch, where Greenbelt Alliance is working to preserve a precious natural landscape from unwise development.
