Donor Privacy Policy

Greenbelt Alliance will not sell, trade, or release credit card or banking information. We will only ask for the personal information that we specifically need to process orders or membership donations. Once information is received, we will make our best effort to ensure its security. In communications with our members, we may send routine information in the future by either email or postal mail, unless you specifically requested that we not do so. We do not trade phone numbers or email addresses with other organizations for fundraising purposes.

Through our secure online donation service, we make every effort to preserve donor and customer privacy. We will only disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order, or legal process served on our organization.
