Daniela (she/her) has experience in journalistic newsrooms, covering media, international politics, and entertainment at Thomson Reuters. She has also developed strategic communications in the nonprofit sector, working with sustainability and democracy agendas for the past 7 years at political think-tanks and global organizations such as ICLEI – Local Governments for Sustainability in South America. She’s is a passionate advocate for nature, climate action, and urban sustainability, and has covered local governments participation at the UN’s Habitat III Conference in Quito, Ecuador
Daniela has a B.A in Journalism from the Communications and Arts School at the University of São Paulo (USP), Brazil where she was born and raised. She currently lives in San Francisco, where she enjoys discovering the city and its restaurants (before COVID), traveling, being close to nature, and watching (good) movies and TV series.
