Sonia (she/her) has dedicated her career to advancing diverse representation in leadership across higher education, the nonprofit sector, tech, and philanthropy. She is equally passionate about strengthening the operational foundations of organizations. Through her leadership, Sonia has guided both emerging and established organizations in strategic development and operational excellence. She is dedicated to creating supportive environments where teams can thrive and organizations can grow with clarity and purpose.
Sonia holds a Bachelor’s of Science (BS) in Human Development and Family Studies and BS in Anthropology from the University of Wisconsin- Madison. She was born in Guatemala and has called the Bay Area home for over 10 years. Sonia values the transformative power of the outdoors and enjoys camping and hiking. When she’s not outdoors, she is working on her next visual art collection.
