Nora Cullinen

Meet Nora

At Greenbelt Alliance, Nora (she/her) helps connect donors to the mission of the organization through donor events, stewardship, and cultivation opportunities.

She helps plan and implement all aspects of individual fundraising and is motivated by raising support for Greenbelt Alliance’s mission.

As a sixth generation Bay Area native, Nora is passionate about regional land conservation and smart growth development that will benefit the next generation of Bay Area residents.

Nora began her career in conservation fundraising 6 years ago, working for major giving and events at World Wildlife Fund in Washington, D.C., and then at Save the Redwoods League in San Francisco. Between those two jobs, she lived in New Zealand and Australia for two years, working on farms, ski resorts, and on a dolphin tour boat in Kaikoura.

Nora was born in Oakland and earned her B.A. in Legal Studies and Feminist Studies from UC Santa Cruz. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling the world, hiking around the Bay Area, snowboarding in the Sierras, and performing Improv.
