• Approximately 3,000 homes expected from new downtown development
• Maximum building height, under typical permits, of 75 feet within roughly 40% of the plan area with provisions for 5 taller buildings up to 180 feet
• Voluntary Green Pathway program, through which developers enjoy a streamlined permitting process in exchange for providing community benefits like 20% affordable housing, LEED Gold green building, local hiring and job training, etc.:
