Election 2016 Win: Cotati Says YES to Measure Q

Measure Q renewed and strengthened the City of Cotati’s UGB for another 30 years. Without action, this essential voter-enacted open space protection would have expired in 2018. Measure Q continued the requirement of voter approval for any future changes to the boundary.

Election 2016 Win: Gilroy Says YES to Measure H

Measure H in 2016 created an UGB for the City of Gilroy, protecting thousands of acres of threatened natural and agricultural lands from sprawl development. The boundary will also promote a revitalized and easily serviced downtown, and ensure that the city grows in an effective, efficient manner.
