In the face of climate change, climate resilience means that communities, landscapes and ecosystems are able to respond, adapt, and recover from climate impacts (e.g. wildfire, flooding, sea level rise, drought, extreme heat). Climate-resilient communities, landscapes, and ecosystems are those which continue to thrive in the face of a changing climate.
